This is a private residence. This kitchen is 20mm thick "green onyx". It is a semi precious stone that comes mainly from the Middle East. It requires regular maintenance above that which is required for a granite kitchen top.

This is a private residence. The marble used is "calacatta oro" 20mm thick. This material comes from Italy. It is semi translucent and can be backlit. This has not been done here. It is not recommended as a stone used for kitchens, however, with regular care, it can be maintained well.
